Subject: My TTC Experience

My Dear Satsangees,
I completed my TTC at the "sattvic" DC center last week with 29 fellow "yogis"
on this path . we were taught by atleast 11 "gurus" lead by the wonderful Mikey
over a period of 23 days. TTC was on my to do list for over 5 yrs. Even then I
was not ready for all the experience that I went through in TTC. It is THE most
intense and authentic program from AoLF.
We were build and developed into a strong support team for progressing our
guru's work in the USA and the world. I re-discovered myself and understood
the deep meaning of many knowledge points. I still feel it is all a miracle.
The best change I liked in myself was in the last week, my buttons were pushed
about 4-5 times, but very time I felt a smile/expansion inside me and I was
blessing my instigator that they get a chance to do the art of living courses.
I feel so humble and grateful to be teacher in this great tradition.It is the
best gift I have given myself during a new year. The process opens your
connection to Gurudev and makes you connected to Guru's even more. One thing
that really showed who is guiding us was when Gurudev over "VOiP/Skype "
mentioned to us that " I am watching all of you".

Subject: Birth and Life of a Peace maker, a documentary on Sri Sri's Life
A project of a 52 mn documentary on Sri Sri 's life will be realised by the
french producer and film maker Alexandre Bouillon-Delpierre. I met Alexandre
Bouillon three months ago. I have introduced him to Sri Sri during a short trip
to our european ashram, Bad Antogast. Sri Sri was there for the Diwali
celebrations. When Alexandre met Sri Sri, he expressed to Him that he had the
dearest wish to produce a film about His life. Sri Sri gave him His blessing,
and said : "just Do it"...
This documentary aims French TV channels like Arte, Planet, France 5, Canal+
and we have the strong ambition to broadcast it in other countries.
As Art of Living is a very strong and well spreaded organisation, let us pray
that this documentary will be broadcast all over the world.

Subject: Mahashivratri in Kolkata - A story!
"O venerable Rishi Gautam, my mother said that in her youth she served many men
and so she cannot tell me who my father was. Yet she said if her name would be
of any use then it is Jabala."
Pleased with the boys answer, the sage replied, "You shall be called Satyakam
Jabala and I find you fit to join my Gurukul (school)."
Seeing potential in Satyakam his Guru instructed him one day to take 400 cows
away from the ashram and to tend them and to return to the ashram only when
they became a thousand in number.
The pure Satyakam, became a karma yogi, diligently tending the large herd all
alone in pristine nature and one day as he sat and watched the sun he became
one with it an. On another day he felt the touch of the wind against his body
and he dissolved in it and he knew that he was one with Air. On another day he
felt his body becoming one with water and on another day he thought of space
and his mind became one with it!
By then the cows numbered over a thousand and Satyakam headed back to his
Guru's ashram. Seeing his shining face the great Rishi Gautam knew that
Satyakam had realised his Unity with Brahman, that he was a Tattva - Gyani and
therefore proceeded to formalise his Knowledge such that he may never get
trapped in the mind again.
Mahashivratri is being celebratied in Kolkata on 12 february 2010 with Guruji.

Whether, it is through Karma, Gyan, Devotion or Yoga or all, the path exists
for the one who yearns for it and walks it.
