Subject: Haiti Relief Update
The plans are now set for our Haiti Trauma Relief efforts!
IAHV will train a group of 50 Haitian young adults (ages 18-30) to form the
Nouvelle Vie Youth Corps. The Youth Corps will dedicate 2 years to serving
their country: to implement mass-scale mental health interventions (AoL
courses) and community-based sustainable solutions for food, water, sanitation,
and construction systems (Permaculture).
The Nouvelle Vie Youth Corps is born out of IAHV's programs in Haiti,
pre-earthquake. Since October 2007, IAHV has impacted 350 Haitian youth in:
youth leadership, sustainable agriculture, and small business development.

Subject: My TTC experience
29 of us fortunate ones attended TTC in DC this Jan. How does milk feel when it
is being churned and churned, and finally the butter comes up on top? I guess
we all felt the same way.
It was wonderful to do the TTC in the heart of DC. We had so many opportunities
for outreach, and I learnt so many new skills, time management, responsibility,
speaking with people in prominent positions, team work, and creating a
connection with everyone. After coming home, I am still discovering new skills
within me. This TTC was such a dynamic process, that the knowledge gained was
experiential, old concepts were destroyed, and I left feeling like a flower, so
light and untouched.
It is so important, I feel to do the TTC in the country we are going to teach
in eventually. We learnt a lot about working in the US in the most effective
way, we formed a support network of such beautiful souls with whom we can work
in the future.
Mikey, Annelies, Mona, Natalie, Priti, Bhushan all of them, played the part of
diamond cutter. Mikey, with infinite skill and patience, polished us and
polished us, until we could see the Guru within. The knowledge points came
alive in a way that they hadn't before, the understanding of the knowledge
points was so effortless, it was like a gift from the Guru.
Give this gift to yourself. It is like gaining the knowledge of being with
yourself even while being in the middle of all activity.

Subject: Courses at Manasaganga in the month of Feb - 2010
It gives me immense pleasure to announce Part-II courses at our own
'Manasaganga'. Guruji had expressed that Part-II courses should happen
regularly at all our Ashrams (in various states). We have started organizing
Part-II course in every month during the 'Second-Saturday-Week' at our
Manasaganga too!
We had a beautiful Part-II course in Janurary from 7th to 10th.
In February, the '2nd-Saturday-week' (11th to 14th Feb 2010) is VERY SPECIAL,
what with MAHA SHIVRATRI on the 2nd day when our Master will meditate and
perform Maha Rudra Puja etc., and ending on the VALENTINE'S DAY !!
Guru's special gift this month is that Swamy Suryapada Ji will also be
conducting part-II course in the very NEXT WEEK (18th - 21st Feb).
As Guruji says, 'maangne se pehle aur zaroorat se zyaadaa mil jayega...'
He has kept His promise. So let us also do our bit and see to it that BOTH the
courses are House-Full !
Let us all motivate all our dear ones to take this one more step of moving
closer to the self and experience the Bliss within!
