[esatsang] Esatsang digest for Oct 7 2009

The sattvic intellect is one that just does the job joyfully and is unmindful
of the results. Let things happen or not happen---either way they don't lose
their enthusiasm.

Subject: Berkeley/Oakland Part I Course: 101++>>>>> Please be part of the YAGYA

Dear AOL family:

With HIS GRACE, Oakland/Berkley is going to host next mega course starting
tomorrow. Already 101+ people registered, 80% NEW participants, well
diversified group.

Under awesome leadership of our local teachers Naren, Ram Nambiar, Rutwik
Vashi, Satinder and Gaurav Vasist doing seva during last six weeks was such a
memorable experience and every moment volunteers lived HIS knowledge.

Thank you Volunteers: Doing seva along with megaremega volunteers and
witnessing their 100% commitment, dedication and most importantly total
surrender was one of the best joy ride I personally experienced. Princesses
volunteers (we call MRM Devi's) has played major role in putting together this
third mega course (MRM3), all traveling ½ hour to 1 hour every day to Berkeley
Oakland, fliering in Sun, long hours, yet keeping smile through out:)

Jackie, Rupal, Anjali, Megha, Taruna, Tara, Bridget and Seva (Priya) Nambiar,
are few names of Devis beside dedication icon Satinder. Dear Rishi Jain would
go to Berkeley every day. Rookie Nick, Taruna did an amazing job organizing
mega intro talks.

Oh my my my my, Abhijeet Randhir, the driver for MRM3 did an amazing-amazing
job, what a coordination/management for the course, you have along way to go
Abhijeet.

Kalpana Ji's love & support made it all so enjoyable and all the
Berkeley/Oakland Volunteers, Thank you for your support.

Already 101+ participants has registered online/offline and the hall has a
capacity of about 130-140 people. Please let your family friends in the area
know and encourgage them to experience the yagya size course where and when it
need the most. Let's all do our part in achieving HIS vision of violence
free & stress free society.

I feel an honor to invite all the Bay area teachers and volunteers on behalf of
all the volunteers working on this course to be part of this Yagya so that
together we take this phenomenon and wave of love across the Bay, country and
around the world.

Lots of Love
JGD
Pardeep

Subject: Sneharchana. Call for Love Stories

Dear One,
There is a new website that is being started at
http://www.sneharchana.blogspot.com
It is seeking stories submitted by October 27, 2009 either via anonymous
comments on the site or via e-mailing to smaranasakti@gmail.com, of
human-to-human love, concern, care, support in your life that will warm the
hearts of others and allow us all to focus on the love that we are. It is a
subtle twist (not what some people call as guru stories, but rather more
human-focused stories, more of seeing the divine in the humans around us), as
compared to some sites, with a great many similarities. Some submissions are
already up (one long and one short -- check archive in right column of page),
hopefully giving clarity as to possible types of stories, as well as the first
post, at the bottom of the site, being a wordy attempted explication of the
vision of the site. Please, please, please do make this unofficial seva
(service) a big success and contribute your love (either with your name or
anonymously) by submitting a short/long anecdote/story with/without
illustrations. The benefit to you is simply allowing you to remember and focus
on the love in your life and being grateful while recording the tale and also
knowing that you are serving others via allowing them to vicariously appreciate
that love, to have faith in it, to be inspired, to not despair, and ever so
much more could come out of this. It won't take much time -- is fun, sweet,
and light, and you need not concern yourself about being a good writer-any
language works also. Thanks so much for participating in this global project
:-). And you can participate in other ways, such as design, suggestions, if
you wish. Launch date is October 29, 2009.

Lots and lots and lots of love,
Smita

Subject: Navaratri and the Sri Sri Ashram!

I was one of the fortunate ones to be a part of Navaratri course in Texas. The
entire course had so much depth, pujas, singing, knowledge, presence of
Gurudev.....

My heartfelt gratitude for all the volunteers who took care of 48 or so
participants, with smile on their face the entire time. We were taken care so
well I bet all of us will be there again soon or for Navaratri definetly!

The entire volunteer team came out to send us off in the bus, that was
touching, brought tears in us.

I thank all these young seva angels, we all should learn from them how to serve
without ever complaining.

As usual Rajshree brought so much of Guru's grace & knowledge.

Texas Ashram is so quiet so suitable for going deep into silence. If you have
not visited I urge you to go & stay there for a few days.
Jai Gurudev
