Subject: Ecstatic!

"Ecstatic" was the expression of the participants who attended the AMC II
between 13th -16th August 2009 at the Hawa Mahal located on the beachfront of
Visakhapatnam. Being a prominent Naval Base and a commercial Port, the City is
cosmopolitan and so was the audience drawn from different corners of India.
With the Gokulashtami intervening, they got a rare experience of what it takes
to Celebrate in joyful Silence. As the divine Grace would have it, there were
welcome burst of clouds pouring gentle showers on the audience who gathered at
the exquisite lawns outside the course venue for a public satsang on the
beachfront.

From the time Shri.Arunji began with the Celestial Nectar Bhajans, the spirits
soared further. Everyone took part in the tumultuous 'breaking of the
hundi' recreating the scenes of Gokulam. The festival is synonymous with the
ceremony of Dahi handi, an enactment of Lord Krishna's efforts to steal butter
from Matkas -earthen pots. Pots filled with milk, curds, butter, honey, fruits
plus prize money are left suspended from a height. The aspirants construct a
human pyramid by standing over each other's shoulders till the pyramid is tall
enough to help the topmost person to reach the pot and claim the contents
after breaking it. The spectators support by chants of 'Govinda ala re ala'.

The final day of the program took us to the town of Srikakulam, an hour's
drive from Vizag to launch the first public satsang of AOL there.
Educationists, lawyers, Doctors turned up in large numbers to make the satsang
most cherished and memorable. Shri.Arunji outlined the vision of our Founder
Sri Sri and the host of activities that AOL is engaged in. The experience was
overwhelming and ecstatic with soaring spirits and aspirants to do our courses.

Shri.Arunji addressed the Industry at the prestigious NTPC auditorium followed
by a divine satsang at the Venkatesa mandir of the Visakha Steel Plant
Township. Kudos to AOL Visakha teachers and volunteers under the able
stewardship of the Andhra Apex body.

These memorable and colourful experiences have been prominently captured in
the media both print and tele channels.

Subject: Guruji's grace

I witnessed Guruji's grace the other day, and I must share. Many of us were
in Tiruvallur to attend the final day of the Athi Rudra Maha Yagna . It was
hot, humid and the area of the Yagna was falling short to accommodate the crowd
which was growing as the Yagna neared completion. I got to sit next to the
stage where Guruji was seated. As a result, I was regularly pushed and shoved
by folks who wanted to give their respects (with flowers/malas/fruits) to
Guruji! The head priest however, time and again requested that such offerings
be given once the puja gets over. But we are always over zealous to get close
to him!

One such lady came with a big garland, but was stopped before she could reach
Guruji. As a result, she lost her balance and dropped the garland on the floor.
She then sat next to me with the garland in her hand. One person from
Guruji's entourage told her that she could no longer offer the garland to
Guruji as it had fallen on the ground. I translated this to the lady in Tamil.
She was crestfallen and asked if she could at least place it on His feet. This
was acceptable to everyone and the lady then waited for her chance. Some 15
min. passed and I almost forgot about the lady sitting next to me.

Then, on His own Guruji turned to our side and smiled at the lady sitting next
to me. He signaled her to come to Him. She immediately got up and went to Him
with the garland. As per the decision, she took the garland to His feet. But,
Guruji lovingly took the garland with both His hands! What a moment!

The lady was brimming with joy and excitement. She then told me that she had
plucked the flowers and made the garland herself the previous night after
coming to know about His arrival. No wonder then, that Guruji accepted her
offering with such love!

Is this incident not enough to show us that Guruji is personally connected to
each one of us, is all knowing and ever-ready to accept our acts of love and
devotion!

Regards,
Anjana.

Subject: Part II course in Richmond, VA: Universe wants to say yes to you

There is a Part II course scheduled in Richmond for Labor Day weekend. Art of
Living Part II course could change the way you manifest anything you want into
your life. You really do have to do this:

Discover yourself

BE Hollow 'n' Empty
Relax and Rejuvenate

So take a few minutes and watch this video to see the location HE has selected
for you...And then GO REGISTER!
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xtvf_3woG7w

You see, HE figured out this powerful way to tap into the 'Self' that
practically guarantees you'll get whatever you want. And the surprising thing
about it is that it is SUPER easy to do, you can start doing it soon...and
here's the really cool part...

Until about 2 months ago, inspite of strong intention and tireless efforts,
Richmond could not gear up to arrange this course, but when the teacher
personally spoke to HIM, things just started falling in place. We found a
beautiful venue for the course, formed a strong volunteer group and got
assigned an amazing instructor to teach this course.

Price: For $350 ONLY (Students and seniors $225) - this includes VVM and course
expenses
When: Labor Day weekend starting on September 04 Friday @ 6P
Time: Friday @ 6:30P to 930P; Saturday and Sunday - 6:30A to 9:30P; Monday
6:30A - 6:00P
Venue: Roslyn Center - 8727 River Road, Richmond, VA 23229
Non Residential course - hotels available at an incredibly low price

HE even got the expert instructor John Osborne excited about it. If you
haven't heard of John Osborne, well, he'sa genius who makes millions of people
sing Ganesh Om on his guitar tunes. But he's not exactly what you'd expect
when it comes to using Silence to manifest your goals and desires. You'll hear
his personal experiences with this when you come to do the course.

Only thing is that I'm not sure how long this Part II course will be available
at such a low cost of $350.

So if you're really serious about increasing your power to manifest anything
you want into your life super fast, you need to register for the course right
now:
http://secure.artofliving.org/course_details.aspx?course_id=5273

We have already started practicing the tools taught in Part II course, and I
strongly recommend you do too.

Yours in meditation,
Jai Guru Dev!
