teaching, inspiring and awakening the world to the benefits of yoga and
meditation leading to a stress-free, happy and healthy life.
The Art of Silence Course is a unique program designed to give deep rest and
relaxation to the body, mind and spirit. Silence, an important aspect of
this course, allows the mind to settle down. Special meditations titled
'Hollow and Empty' release stress from the nervous system, providing it with
much needed rest. Energizing yoga sessions, uplifting Satsangs, nutritious
and healthy food, and time spent in Nature, make this program a wonderful
experience.

This special workshop conveys the basics of classical Ayurvedic beauty care
in combination with the Liz Luedemann Art of Living Cosmetics.
This workshop has been created and designed by Liz Luedemann.
In a practical way participants will learn the technique and application of
the Ayurvedic face massage, using individually adapted creams, oils and
tonics. One will also learn how to broaden the facial treatment, i.e. how to
perform Ayurvedic massages (Mukhabhyanga, Shirobhyanga) of the neck, the
décolleté and the head, next to the cosmetic practices for skin
rejuvenation.
The workshop can provide with a new and proven source of income.
