Subject: Guru Purnima outreach at Satsangs
As we get closer and closer to Guru Purnima 2010, more and more of us are
feeling the inevitable tug at our hearts knowing that soon we will be
"there"
in that heavenly space that we long for all year, with our Beloved Master on
the day dedicated to all Masters -- the day that He in turn dedicates to us,
His devotees.
This past Saturday we held a Maha Satsang at the Atlanta Center on the full
moon. As we were thinking of how to best promote the GP celebrations to our
satsangees, we decided to show the three amazing videos that the GP2010 team
has sent out in the past month or so. We thought that, rather than talking
about the beauty of the event and perhaps touching a few hearts, we would
allow the videos do the talking instead and touch every heart. And that
they did!!!
With each video, we could feel the longing surge up and grow, as the voices
of
Bhanu Didi, Mikey and John weaved their magic.
I would like to suggest that you show these videos at your satsangs leading
up to Guru Purnima. There is such depth, knowledge, beauty and celebration
in those few minutes that one cannot help but want to have that experience.
I tell you, the divine sankalpa that went into creating the videos can be
experienced time and time again - it is truly magical.
