[esatsang] Esatsang digest for Mar 25 2010

Don't see any bad intentions behind anyone telling us about some mistake. They
are expressing what they have seen and what they feel should be improved. And
we should do that---what is to be improved, we go ahead and do it.

Subject: : Looking for new ways to promote Art of Living at your campus or in
your community? Deepening Roots!

Deepening Roots which is heading into it's fifth year offers programs in
sustainability, agriculture, health and community building. We have found that
Deepening Roots is opening new doors and adding a new dynamic to the Art of
Living as more and more people experience our programs.

There are two Deepening Roots programs:

The Deepening Roots Workshop:
Is a fun knowledge rich practical 2-day workshop that focuses on sustainable
agriculture, health and community building. Curriculum consist of: how to
build lawns and community spaces into self maintaining edible landscapes, learn
how to support sustainable food systems, learn new ways to eat well, increase
energy and effectiveness
and live life as a celebration.

The Deepening Roots Summer Intensive Training:
Become a Deepening Roots Teacher! A three week summer intensive program with a
focus on five elements: sustainable agriculture, health, meditation,
empowerment and community development at the Art of Living International Center
Canada. Graduates of the summer intensive program also get certified to be a
teacher of the Deepening Roots 2 day workshop.

Testimonies from Summer Intensive:
"This summer has been the best summer of my life. Never before have I
been engulfed in so much knowledge, had so much fun and grown so
much."
-Jayne Archer, 2008 participant

For detailed information on our programs visit our brand new web-site
www.deepeningroots.org
We encourage you to share this program with others whom may be interested.
we would love to have a workshop in your area! Our goal is for each satsang
group to have a Deepening Roots teacher. Gardens are a powerful way to bring

Subject: Do Something Now!!

DSN translates to "Creating a Divine Society - Do Something Now ." It is a
rigorous and transformational course that empowers participants to break
through personal inhibitions and barriers - it gives us inner stability in a
way that no outside event can shake us.

We all have personal barriers, old habits, or inhibitions that hold us back and
keep us from fully participating in life. Yet we all have a deep desire to be
the best we can be - for ourselves, our families, our communities and even the
world around us.

The truth is that those old emotional wounds, self-concepts, attitudes and
fears create a barrier between us and the ability to live our heart's desire.

DSN uses a powerful combination of yoga practice, special meditations,
breathing techniques, group processes, and deep spiritual knowledge to break
through personal barriers.

The power of DSN can give us true liberation, true freedom and personal
empowerment!

This four-day, full-time course, is open to all those who have completed the
Art of Living Course

Dates: 7th to 10th April 2010(full day)
Teacher:Prasaana Prabhuji
Venue:Mata Rampyari trust hall, 5th Rd., Khar (W).
Course donation: 4000/-

Subject: KYC TTC and KYC in Bangalore 3rd and 4th April 2010

Know Your Child (KYC) is a three hour interactive workshop for parents (having
1-12 yrs kids) that gives parents a glimpse into the child's mind and enables
them to find the root cause of such behaviour. Ignorance of this knowledge can
be quite frustrating for the parents and often results in the child getting
scolded or beaten, which can be detrimental to growth in the long run. Such
undesirable behavior can introduce inhibitions in the child that he/she may
carry to adulthood and even all through their lives. Understanding the nature
of the child equips parents to deal with such commonly occurring situations
more effectively in a way that the child can blossom more completely while
maintaining the joy in a parent-child relationship.

These workshops have benefited many thousands of parents making their
relationships with their children much more harmonious.
