In the early 1990s, H.H. Sri Sri Ravi Shankar gave a series of memorable Art of
Living courses in Switzerland. It was during these courses that His Holiness
spoke on some of the most profound subjects, amazing participants with, for
example, his commentaries on the Patanjali Yoga Sutras, a magnificent stock of
knowledge that is widely published and cherished all over the world.
After many years, His Holiness came in 2009 back to Switzerland and shared
commentaries on the Isha Vâsya Upanishad. This year, Sri Sri will not only
personally preside over the Art of Living Course, but he will also impart new
knowledge: his much-awaited commentaries on the 7th chapter of the Bhagavat
Gita.

On the request of many the Journey has been extended by one day!
The journey begins with the Art of Living course from 7th - 11th May 2010.
After a day of rest, participants will then proceed on the 12th May to Lake
Luzern, the most beautiful lake in Switzerland, where we will enjoy a unique
boat trip! The journey will then lead participants directly to the European
Centre of the Art of Living Foundation in the Black Forest, where on 13th May
2010 Maha-Satsang celebrations will be launched to mark the 54rd birthday of
Sri Sri Ravi Shankar.

course was fully booked by middle of April. There are only 480 places available

fortunate to have another such Wake Up & Shake Up with him where close to 550
volunteers, teachers underwent this amazing training program. On his arrival,
Mahesh Gireeji was awarded a rousing welcome with Baroda special Dholida on the
auspicious occasion of HOLI and the thunderous applause continued for at least
half an hour before the overwhelmed favorite disciple of Gurudev could speak.
For so many of us this was our first meet with the renowned teacher of Art Of
Living and a very profound and impactful one of course. Such a captivating ways
of Mahesh Gireeji's that did not allow minds to wonder anywhere! All were
totally captivated by his magnifying presence…The beauty of the program was
– it had everything – knowledge, sadhana, service, celebration and above
all and the experience of GRACE…Everyone rejoiced to the peak of one's
existence! Teachers, organizers, participants…everyone was left melted in the
love of the Master…
