We are indeed fortunate that Tanuja Limaye will conduct the Art of Meditation
course in Atlanta. This course features the Sahaj Samadhi meditation technique.
Sahaj can be literally translated as "effortless" and this technique allows the
mind to effortlessly settle into a state of bliss and meditation.
We know that the mind cannot be managed by effort. The more effort we put on
the mind to act in a certain direction, the greater it resists it. On this
beautiful course, we learn how we can let go of all effort and allow the mind
to come to rest, and meditation happens naturally in this restful state. When
we return from that tranquil state to our daily life, we are refreshed,
recharged, completely rejuvenated.
Sahaj Samadhi is such a subtle and delicate technique that the smallest
explanation can give it away! So it's best learned and experienced on the Art
of Meditation course. Learning to meditate is a wonderful gift that you can
