Subject: Sri Sri Yoga TTC in Polish Ashram
TTC Sri Sri Yoga will take place in June 2010, 16th to 27th, with Krishanji,
showering us with his amazing grace and sacred, fresh knowledge.
Sri Sri Yoga TTC means the wisdom and techniques of Yoga brought to
you in a simple and joyful manner. It is an uplift of our sadhna and a new
way of living. Unforgettable experience!
The syllabus includes correct practice of asanas (postures),
knowledge form various scriptures, meditations, philosophy, some
knowledge of Ayurveda and study of human anatomy and physiology. One learns how
to teach yoga properly. After this course both body and mind feel fresh and
new. One feels fully grounded spiritually and emotionally. On
successful completion of this course participants receive a certificate of Sri
Sri Yoga Teacher.
Notice: there is only one course, just TTC SSY.
