Subject: Part 2 with Vinaya Ma
The Art of Living Part II program guides one on a journey deeper into one's
self.... enabling the spontaneous integration of life with wisdom. We need to
rest in order to be more dynamic. However, very often, when we take vacation,
we come back feeling more exhausted and in the need of another one!
The Part II course is a real vacation that leaves us rejuvenated and relaxed in
body, mind and spirit.
Eligibility : Participants must have completed Part 1 or YES+ course
Accomodation: can be provided if required.
Timings: 6 am to 9 pm ( approx). On the first day we start at 6 am.

Subject: "Grishma Mahotsav" - By the Urban Youth for the Rural Youth
Lets have one more celebration for a cause by the URBAN YOUTH for the RURAL
YOUTH.
"GRISHMA MAHOTSAV" is the fund raising event for Tribal school run by Art
of Living foundation across India. The aim of this event is to raise funds to
support the free education for 10,000 children in 92 schools in the tribal and
rural belts of India. We believe that, we can inculcate a sense of social
responsibility & belongingness in children towards the society with this

In this event Children between the age of 8 years to 17 years come & compete in
dance with the best team rewarded as a winner. (Non AOL children between the
same age are also welcome to participate in this event)
This year "Grishma Mahotsav" will be celebrated on 12th June at Chembur
Fine Arts from 2:30pm to 6:00pm followed enthralled by a Musical Satsang. The
funds will be raised by selling passes for this event which will be Rs. 100/-
for Students (AE & YES! participants only) & Rs. 150/- & Rs. 250/- for all. On
behalf of The Art Of Living organisation, I would like to invite you and all
dancing institutes in Mumbai to be a part of this celebration for a cause.

Subject: TTC course in Tuapse Ashram (Russia) 12/06-03/07/2010
From the 12th of June till 3d of July there will be TTC in Tuapse Ahsram. The
course starts on the
12th of June at 8 p.m. and ends on the 3d of July at 2 p.m.
Those who attended TTC I not more than 3 years ago can come for the last 2
weeks of the course.
The start will be on the 19th of June at 2 p.m. and the end will be on the 3d
of July at 2 p.m.
Teachers can attend the last week of the course. The beginning will be on the
26th of June at 8 p.m.
and the end will be on the 3d of July at 2 p.m.
TTC will be conducted by the teacher from India PRASHANT KUMAR!!! and Our Loved
Regina, who
will visit the course for the last four days and will give the manuals to the
new teachers.
Requirements for the TTC from January 2010:
2 courses Part I
2 courses Part II
1 course Part 3(with the Presence of Sri Sri Ravi Shankar)
1 DSN course
Sahaj Samadi Meditation course
Listening of the lectures:
Bhakti Sutra from 1 to 15;
Ashtavakra Gita from 1 to 14;
Regular participation in seva-projects and satsangs not less than 1,5 year.
Regular daily practices - Sadana (Pranayamas, Sudarshan Kriya, Sahaj Samadi
Meditation) not less
then 1,5 year, if the Meditation course was attended later - then from the date
of the course.
Detailed and strong reccommendation from the regional teacher and national
coordinator should
be provided(not smoking, not drinking, no drugs taking).
Also it is reccommended to listen to the Talks on Yoga Sutra Patanjali.
Pay attention: All the above mentioned requirements should be perfomed,
especially DSN course.
There will be no exceptions.
Specially for those who hasn't attended DSN course and who is going to TTC, we
will conduct it in
the Ashram Tuapse 8-11th of June, before the very begining of TTC.
Registration procedure for TTC as follows:
Fill in the form in English, please send the copy to email: sekretall@mail.ru
The original form with attached photo should be sent by post till 1st of June.
Recommendation copy should be sent by the national coordinator of your country
to the email,
the original form should be sent by post to the Moscow AOL address.
