Subject: Sleep Study - Particpants Required
The Research Division of Bangalore Ashram along with Bangalore Medical College
is undertaking a study titled "The Effects of Sudarshan Kriya on
Normalisation of Sleep" .
For this study we identify 60 subjects having high stress levels (through a
questionnaire).
In this regard, we request your participation to identify people with high
stress levels. If you have a friend / relative / colleague who you know is
working / leading a stressful life, or if you have a group of people in your
company who are stressed, please do contact us at the below mentioned numbers
or email.
Such subjects will be required to spend one night at our sleep laboratory in
Bangalore Ashram or in Bangalore Medical College for overnight Sleep EEG
recording.
Subsequently subjects will be taught the Sudarshan Kriya and after 48 days of
practice, the subject will be required to spend one more night in the lab for
a recording of Sleep EEG.
Age: 25 to 40 Yrs.
Exclusion: Non Smokers, Non Alcoholics and are not under any Sedative
Medicines, Hypertensives, Diabetics.
