Subject: Magic that happened in Hyderabad City
I don't know even where to begin.. But well it's happened! The Dhamaka and
the Utsah.. they ended yesterday.. ~500 kids in dhamaka and ~300 in the
Utsaaaah.. What a roller coaster ride it has been.. And I still feel it running
in my system.. The entire thing about 15 teachers taking the program..
right from TTC teachers to brand new teachers to 'imported from other cities'
teachers ;) I can't fathom even the magnitude of the program..even as I think
about it, multiple thoughts rush through.. the blessings 'we' 'did' to
all participants in the program, the entire logistics arrangement taken care of
beautifully by the IRS team.. the variety of veshaalu the dhamaka kids were
doing while the course was in full swing (u'd be in LOVE with them too
and wouldn't want to compel them to 'follow the teacher' ;) ) like one
little girl said 'why should I do my homework tomorrow is the last day why
should I waste my notebook.. ' something like that ya the entire four
days are rushing through and I cant put them on paper (or in a word doc )
the chaos coexisting with the pre-destined order n smooth-ness..Shreya & Mala
doing the magic on all of us inside the hall.. I had tears of emosans & joy so
many times I was simultaneously praying furiously noone NOONE noticed
sheeeeesh..
Its jittery to even think now that I actually was in the program as an Art of
Living TEACHER.. the enormity of it is yet to sync in..
And the volunteers were so many.. I don't even have the count..the IRS team,
a small group of YES students volunteered for the Dhamaka.. they were there too
the entire day with us.. ofcourse the four days were EXHAUSTING.. at the end of
each day I went to sleep instantaneously as soon as I hit the bed.. that's
like satisfaction unlimited..i saw the dhamaka/utsah team grow from single
digit smallest group to the group that is now.
In fact I will only know the bits I've been exposed to.. for the program that
has happened, I know there has been work all over the city.. there has been so
much support.. group work team work group energy rocks big time.. I'm already
thinking in my mind all the people who have been just so WoW.. I guess I'll
need to write about that like completely separately being part of
organizing this AMAZING event is another story again..a looooooooooong one at
that.. fliers banners posters permissions leg work influence wordOfMouth school
assembly talks class room talks intensive-door-2-door email campaigns adwords
dedicated web pages smss reaching out to ALL followup centres in the ENTIRE
Hyderabad city abacus classes newspaper ads press-releases tv scrolls radio
hard sells & soft sells everything I can imagine under the sky in creating
awareness and sales I think happened in this event.. learning has been
immense.. an honour, pleasure, greatest fortune to have worked with Mala... &
Ashwin, Alka… & the few days' time with Shreya - irreplacable
Ya, the registrations even just a couple of days before the event were way
below dhamaka/utsah numbers.. haha.. this program has been 'proof', again,
, of the magic of the Guru.. in like so many million ways
