The proud AOL team of Navi Mumbai is holding her head high as we saw a major makeover at Navi Mumbai, we saw a glimpse of peaceful revolution with "Renaissance Man" – Shri Maheish Girri ji, who came to conduct the Mega Part I Course & left many, awaken and aroused … It was Mumbai's biggest Mega Part I Course so far with 1150 participants for the morning and evening batches. a fantastic result of a Mahan sankalp, Master's Grace coupled with persistent and relentless efforts of the team. Including volunteers, devotees and teachers, more than 1500 people came from entire Navi Mumbai – Airoli, Ghansoli, Koparkhirane, Vashi, Sanpada,Nerul, CBD Belapur, Kharghar, Kamothe, Panvel, Uran.
Take a glimpse of the Gala event-
Some of the participants shared the experiences that they got through the Course and experiencing the Divine "Sudarshan Kriya" for the first time on camera.
· A gentleman named Mr. Bhagat was keeping extremely unwell before the course began and he was not too sure if he would be in a position to attend the course. Not only did he attend the course, but was feeling absolutely fine throughout the course. He went back home pretty hale, hearty and happy.
· A lady named Mrs. Sujata Patil was going through a severe bout of depression. She went back home feeling very light and with tears of gratitude in her eyes.
· Dr. Sangeeta Shrivastava, she has gone on record saying "Meri Duniya 3 din mein badal gayi hai". Being a doctor, she has been counseling her patients, but she herself was looking for solutions for her frustrations, depression and tensions!!! Now, the mind is only full of positive thoughts and in her words – LIFE IS COOL!!!"
· Anurag Shrivastav, an engineer says, "Many of the knowledge points shared in the course are known to us in different forms! However, the way it was taught in the course was so simple and completely practical – people who have not attended the course earlier tend to think that such spiritual courses could lead people away from their family life (vairaagya!!!), but now I think very differently. Being an Engineer, I feel the course was like a Mathematical formula that solves the problems of day to day life. The beauty is that it is so very easily implementable, and it motivates you to lead a very lively life."
· Nikhil Karnik, a practitioner of Art of Living for close to 2 years attended the Part-I course says, "The biggest difference I feel is that though the situations around me compared to a couple of years back may have only worsened (e.g. Traffic in Mumbai city, Work pressures and responsibilities, etc.), my reactions to the situations have changed tremendously, mostly positively."
It was a GRAND EXPEREINCE IN ALL REGARDS- FULL OF ENERGY, DEVOTION, LEARNING & CELEBRATION. For 3 days we were on our toes joyfully. The 5 Basic course points was never explained so explicitly. He is "WOW"(Wonder of wonders)! Such courses are a must for everyone all over the world. Spellbound meditation, and the Sudarshan kriya experience was magical. It was a complete and wholesome course. Every moment was enriching. It's soul nourishing and soul stirring. It's a Must "Soup for every soul." This course indeed a 'yagna'in itself.. The flames of knowledge, dissipated the inhibitions, doubts and conflicts in us and filled us and the atmosphere with the fumes of joy, celebration and service.

This is a unique opportunity to learn Marma from such an experienced person. The training will include basic ancient knowledge about Marma therapy as well the basics of Ayurveda Knowledge.
What is Marma therapy?
Marma is a Sanskrit word meaning ' secret, hidden, vital.' On the surface of our body are sensitive points where energy or Prana is concentrated. Marma is the ancient technique of activating energy points on the physical level to energise and relax the whole system. By exerting gentle pressure on these Marma points, one can release the blocks and allow the Prana or life energy to flow to the connecting organs or tissues, thus giving them a new lease of life. Marma promotes a greater balance and integration of the body, mind and consciousness.
Prerequisites:
- Minimum of 2 Advanced courses or 1 advanced and 1DSN or Blessing Course or 1 advanced course and any TTC.
-- recommendation letter (E Mail) from an Art of Living teacher who knows you.
- You must also carry out daily Sadhana practice.
Please note: you must have completed at least one course in presence of Guruji (Part II or III)
Dates: The training starts on 24th March with Satsang at 7.30 pm and will finish on 30th March by 4 pm.
