Mantra Sadhana Seminar with Prof.Sastryji at Mahwah, NJ (May 4-8)
This is the very first Mantra Sadhna Seminar being hosted in Mahwah,
NJ. This is a rare opportunity to learn the meaning and correct chanting of
some Mantras.
This workshop will consist of some theoretical background on different
branches of Vedas and basics of Vedic chanting with its specific style
consisting of udaat (high), anudaat (low) and svarit (middle) notes.
This course will also cover a body of common Mantras and ensure that the
student understands the meaning of the Mantras and master the correct
intonation for chanting the mantras
This will be taught by Prof V. Sastry who is an Engineering Professor and is
a priest at Halifax Hindu Temple. Sastry Ji is the "ONLY International AOL
Mantra Sadhana teacher worldwide" and blessed by Guru Ji in Dec 2011 to
impart the knowledge of Sanskrit Mantras.
This event is open to every one and AOL Level 1 course is NOT a
prerequisite. Bring along a friend to share the treasure!

The Art of Living Part II program guides one on a journey deeper into one's
self.... enabling the spontaneous integration of life with wisdom. We need
to rest in order to be more dynamic. However, very often, when we take
vacation, we come back feeling more exhausted and in the need of another
one! The Part II course is a real vacation that leaves us rejuvenated and
relaxed in body, mind and spirit.
