for the first time ever in the city of Montreal!
The Art of Silence Course (formerly known as the Art of Living Course Part
2) is open to all graduates of the Art of Living Course or YES!+ Course.
The Art of Silence Course gives you a direct experience of the depth within
you, and offers you an opportunity to restore your health, vitality and,
nervous system, and to reach new levels of inner peace.
The course will be led by one of Art of Living's most senior teachers, Swami
Pragyapad. Swamiji is the Director of the International Art of Living Centre
