SWAMI GNAN TEJ VISIT AT KANYAKUMARI DISTRICT
On 18th October Swami Gnan Tej visited Kanyakumari district (Nagercoil DDC) on
his mission to spread the Gurudev's knowledge and Giving awareness about Art
of living to mass public by giving blessings of Gurudev through him in the
name Aungrahothsavam. Program started by Gurupooja and SPEED UP Project of
taking pledge and distribution of chapels to the poor boys at Marthandam. The
function was well attended by devotees and the beneficieries .
On the same day evening Anugrahosatvam festival and concluding ceremony of
SPEED UP program at Nagraja Temple Auditorium. Swamiji was received by the
Nagercoil DDC in a grand manner. Swamiji lead the UN pledge with hundreds of
Devotees and general public holding the lighted lamps at hands. The Former
Central minister Shri. Pon Radhakrishnan attended the function as guest of
honour. Hundreds and cheppels and tree saplings were distributed . Then
swamiji blessed the entire crowd
Next day swamiji visited the houses of devotees and performed Gurupooja in many
houses till evening and there was grand satsang and Anugrahothsavam at Monday
Market. Hundreds of people attended the function. On 20th a very grand
exclusive Anugrahothsavam was organized at Nagercoil, the headquarters of
Kanyakumari District. The function was well attended by eminent personalities
in Nagercoil, People from various walks of life attended the Anugrahothsavam by
Swami Gnan Thej. Swamiji blessed all the public gathered blessing program.
Swamiji gave his divine message to the gathering and captured all the minds of
the people with his bajans. All the leading news reporters of Nagercoil
participated and the program was given good coverage.
21st October Swamiji visited the Kulaseram Subcentre, Puthukadai subcentre, a
very old Thiruvattar Temple and blessed the gatherings there. On the same day
evening he addressed the Rotary club of Nagercoil South and gave the message of
deepawali celebration to the Rotarians. 22nd he visited Aralvaimozhi, Valliyoor
Subcentres and blessed thousands of publc at the Anugrahothsavam. 23rd he
visited Nuclear Power Coporation limited (NPCL) staff quarters at Koodankulam,
the NPCL scientists, engineers , staff and the family members including many
Russian , who were deputed for NPCL were attended the function andseeked
blessings from Swami Gnan Tej. Then Swamiji moved to Thirunelveli Dsitrict for
his blessing program.
The swamiji's visit made a good impact and among the public in Kanyakumari
Distriict and AOL volunteers were boosted with new enthusiasm to arrange
further AOL programs in this District. The entire district was given a wide
publicity through Hoardings, Posters, mike announcement and the leading papers
and channels give prominent publicity and news in their meidia.

Subject: DSN Indiana
DSN 2009-Indiana Experience Sharing
Am totally enthralled to have been part of the largest DSN of 2009 in USA with
more than 80 participants, right here in capital of Indiana-Indianapolis!
Having been a volunteer with the foundation for a long time and attended a few
DSN's, this has been a special DSN (as each one of them has been:)).
This particular DSN had more than 80 people in the course with such a wide
variety of backgrounds of ethnicity, age group and professional back ground; a
very profound DSN experience indeed. Am getting goose bumps to even think about
the way it flowed. The grace in the processes were self-evident and the magic
just flowed from one session to another. Patti Montella is such a fantastic
teacher- facilitiating the whole experience, her unique style of teaching with
charm and intensity made it truly a blessing to be part of this DSN. The whole
experience was just smooth and effortless...and people effortlessly let go off
their inhibitions as well...I would say that at your first opportunity, you
take a DSN with Patti! By all means! :)
