Ability to handle donor agencies
Enable Budget Preparation with the Sr team

3. One Sr Project Manager--- Monday to Saturday, 9.30 am till 5.30pm
PhD/ MSW/Masters in Sociology/MBBS in Community Medicine or Masters in any
Humanitarian subject
At least 4-5 years Working Experience in any good Non Governmental Organization
Proficiency in Spoken and Written English
Field experience in Monitoring and Evaluation
Good Interpersonal relationships
Ability to handle donor agencies
Good knowledge in computers
Readiness to travel/liase with donors for new projects
Know how on Project making and Budgeting

4. One Projects Manager cum Social Anthropologist (Researcher):
Masters in Social Work or NGO Development. PHD in any humanities/ social
anthropology subject.Research Experience in both qualitative and
quantitative.fluency in English
At least 4-5 years Working Experience in any good Non Governmental Organization
Proficiency in Spoken and Written English
Field experience in Monitoring and Evaluation
Good Interpersonal relationships
Ability to handle donor agencies
Good knowledge in computers
Readiness to travel/liase with donors for new projects
Know how on Project making and Budgeting
Have appraisal and other standard project related systems
Preparation of reports
5. One Creative Writer/Documentation Expert
Degree in Computer designing/animation and degree in report
writing/documentation of Donor aided projects
At least 4-5 years Working Experience in any good Non Governmental
Organization/related organization
Proficiency in Spoken and Written English
Field experience
Good Interpersonal relationships
Ability to handle donor agencies
Readiness to travel/liase with donors for new projects
Preparation of reports
PMU will set a formal interview with the candidates after receipt of CV from
the canditates through mail at pmu@artofliving.org. An application To the
Director accompanied with the CV needs to reach the Unit by the 31st of Dec
2009.
In case of a request, accommodation and fooding in the ashram for the chosen
candidates may be taken into consideration.
Minimum Seva Committment is 1.5 years.Honurarium will be decided at the time of
interview though expectation needs to be clearly mentioned in the CV.

Subject: Computers centers for SSRDP
Sri Sri Rural Development Program Trust (SSRDP) of the
Art of Living is engaged in training programs to empower rural women and
youths. One recent initiative is opening Computer Centres throughout India.
Under this initiative, four centres at Solan (Himachal Pradesh), Durgapur (West
Bengal), Phaltan (Maharastra) and Jhansi (Uttar Pradesh) have been opened and
four more are likely to opened in next few days. SSRDP intends to open 40 more
such centres at different places in India in the next 3/4 months. However, this
efforts needs to be strengthened with the help and contribution of many
generous Art of Living members. Main challenge in this effort is procuring the
computers.
Those Art of Living volunteers who are willing to come
forward in this effort may send their offers to donate a computer each (P IV
