January, with Art of Living Know Your Child Course Director Muralidhar
Koteshwar (who is amazing, awesome, and fun). Because Murali is only giving
four such trainings in the US, we anticipate training will reach full capacity,

About Know Your Child Workshop
Know Your Child is designed to help parents understand children better and
improve the quality of family life dramatically. KYC does a root cause analysis
of children's behavioral patterns and equips the parents with the knowledge
to help children blossom to their full potential. These inputs are also vital
to preserving the beauty of the relationship, as the child grows up to teenage
and adulthood.
Know Your Child Facilitator Training (2 days, 8 hours per day)
• $175
• Prerequisites: Art of living course, Art of silence course,
DSN (or teacher's recommendation in lieu of DSN)
• It is not necessary to be a parent to attend the training
course, simply to have an interest in the child's mind
• A Know Your Child workshop will be embedded in the Facilitator
Training Course, so you can take the workshop and training simultaneously
• A session on training school teachers and educators to be
stress-free is included

Shankara's team is exclusively made up of volunteers who are dedicated
through their skills to spread the knowledge of H.H. Sri Sri Ravi Shankar.
Shankara Europe is now present in more than 26 countries across Europe and
is expanding in the Middle-East and Africa.
Knowledge is a precious gift to each and everyone of us. How do we present
it? How to convey the sacredness of its content is an art! To that end, we
are looking for a qualified graphic designer accomplished at using Adobe
Photoshop and Adobe InDesign. Above all, you should be able to demonstrate a
strong visually creative flair.
Communicating the knowledge of Sri Sri in one's original language is
essential to understand and assimilate the different spiritual notions which
will help us throughout our life. If you are French, German, Italian,
Spanish, Danish, Finnish or from any other European countries... And fluent
in English, you are most welcome to help us release more knowledge of Sri
Sri.
We are also looking for a European based volunteer to work on Hindi to
English translations. Hindi should be your mother tongue and you should be
able to show an excellent command of English.
eshankara was launched few years back and its already time to re-think our
front door to the world. Are you an experienced programmer? Are you a
web-designer? Help us make our eshop more attractive and easier to operate
for the thousands of customers who are looking for knowledge from Sri Sri!
Observation, perception and expression in one's life can be uplifted by

Mega Advanced Meditation Program in Sharjah - a report
The first week of December turned out to be a blissful week for a few hundred
people from Sharjah & Dubai. While 205 participants congregated to take part in
the biggest ever Advanced Meditation Program in the Middle East at a
picturesque oasis - Sharjah Golf & Shooting Club, a few more hundreds joined in
every day to take blessings from the teacher – Swami Jyotirmayah.
Of these 205 participants, some had come to the course knowing well what they
are up to, whereas many others joined in due to persuasion or out of sheer
curiosity. What they all experienced in the next 4 days was the beauty of
silence, the depth of wisdom, the joy of Seva, the power of devotion and
blissful & mesmerizing Satsang.
The icing on the cake was Swamiji's blessing session on all days!!!!!! Many
participants and visitors expressed healing experiences after the powerful
transmission of energy through Swamijis graceful hands!!!!
Another highlight of the program was making of Newspaper Bags (as a substitute
for plastic bags) during the seva sessions of the course. It was delightful to
see participants silently and steadfastly learning the skill to make paper
bags. In a few hours of seva a thousand bags were made!!!!. Many have vowed to
take this campaign back home and at work place. This paper bag workshop in the
course will give a fillip to IAHV's "My Bag My Earth" campaign in this
country which has the highest carbon foot print in the world!!!!
Those who had the opportunity to spend time with Swamiji during the course
would say they have enjoyed bliss and bliss cannot be explained in words.
Swamijis blessing session while Satsang were in progress, provided a window
to peep into the mystic world of spirituality and its healing power.
Swamiji said " Have Faith, absolute faith, then everything is possible. I
am just an instrument. Whatever I possess is the gift of my Master and his
Grace".
Satsang conducted at the end of daily sadhanas was led by Pushpa kumar who came
from Kerala specifically for the course. His singing was proof of the power of
bajhans and devotion in transporting the seeker to the realm of divinity.
When the seekers were on their feet tapping to the rhythmic clapping,
Swamiji would join and dance with them in abandonment.
Sharjah participants were extremely fortunate again to have young and dynamic
Sidharth Mohan who graced the event with his rocking Satsang on day three.
Swamy Jyotirmayah –as the name denotes- spread the light of knowledge and
silence which will be felt for months to come!!!!!! UAE gratefully awaits the
second coming of Swamiji.
