Subject: Ayurvedic Cooking Course At Sanjaynagar , Bangalore
For the third time in Sanjaynagar ,the Ayurvedic Cooking Course is being
conducted by the very popular and well known Kaushani Deasaiji.
Why The Ayurvedic Cooking Course?
We all know how food affects our body, but you'd be surprised to learn how
deep the influence of food actually is!.
Sometimes someone talks about how good such and such fruit/vegetable is and
we too eat that - but latter end up confused that the item did not have the
desired effect. This is because all kinds of food does not suit everybody .
The Ayurvedic Cooking Course teaches us how to identify our body type and
which food will suit us !
Taking the right kind of food , in the right combination and at the right
time is also important .Otherwise not only does the effect of the food
reduces but in some cases may also end as toxins instead of food!!
I had a so called small problem- the skin near the cuticle would keep
peeling and sometimes be painful in addition to being an eyesore.I asked a
lot of people and was told that it was a vitamin deficiency - which vitamin
, no one knew !!
At the Ayurvedic Cooking Course I came to know that this happens due to
Pitta
aggravation and now a lot of Pitta pacifying food has completely taken care
of the problem.
A major misunderstanding about the Ayurvedic Cooking Course is that it is
only for those who like cooking. No!!
It is also for those who love to eat ! There is a lot of knowledge about
food.
Cooking forms just a part of it.
Like all other Art Of Living Courses , the Ayurvedic Cooking Course is also
an experiential course. The six days of the course itself are can be
invigorating.
