We have a great opportunity to win up to $250,000 for YES! in High Schools,
an educational initiative that empowers young people in social- emotional
learning and character education.
And, you can make it happen! We need you to vote for IAHV's ( International
Association for Human Values) YES! Program on Facebook with Chase Community
Giving.

What will the money support?
We understand the importance of education in mathematics, science, English
and foreign languages. Somehow we've overlooked basic education in human
values and perhaps this is the missing link of today's educational system.
The Youth Empowerment Seminar (YES!) answers the need of today's urban
schools by giving young people specific tools to attend to the stress in
their own lives.The program's effectiveness comes from integrating practical
knowledge with breathing techniques and yoga taught integrated into school
curriculum. In the last six years over 10,000 students in 55 schools across
the nation have benefitted from the programs demonstrating improved grades,
and attendance. Next school year over 8000 students in 25 high schools are
waiting for this gift. Only you can make it happen!

Subject: Youth Empowerment Summer Camp at the Canadian Art of Living Centre
Join us next month for the 5th Annual YES! Summer Camp!!
This summer, students from across North America will come together at the
Art of Living centre in Quebec, Canada to uild leadership skills while
enjoying the outdoors, building friendships, and having a blast!
We will be embarking on a 3 day camping trip in Parc National de la Mauricie
where we will do some canoeing, hiking, swimming, and learning about the
outdoors. We are also taking a trip to Mellville Island to go rock climbing
and conquer our fears on the ropes course. Most importantly we will get to
spend two unforgettable weeks in an amazing environment at the Art of Living
Centre where we will get to relax and have fun and make new friends!
