Subject: Sri Sri Yoga Level-2 Course in Kuwait

Art of Living Kuwait chapter had a mesmerizing week with Kamleshji from 23rd
to 28th April , where 75 participants attended Sri Sri Yoga Level 2 course,
for the first time in Kuwait.

The course was a beautiful mix of knowledge on Yoga, challenging asanas, and
superb cleansing & healing techniques like Neti, Shankha Prakshalana &
Sahsi. Many participants felt the positive effects of this complete detox
program and everyone felt so light - physically, mentally and emotionally
after the course. Some of the participants reported loosing 2 to 3 Kg of
weight during the course. Some got relieved from the chronic pains.

Kamleshji in a very effortless manner made the participants go through the
processes and inspired them to walk the path of a Yogi. The course was a
good blend of fun and deep yogic experiences. Kamaleshji's graceful way of
doing postures and her dramatic way of explaining knowledge made the
participants enjoy the course every moment. Critical processes like Shankh
Prakshalan also happened in a fun & smooth manner.

The Level 2 course has laid the foundation for so many Yogis, to spread the
light of much needed knowledge of Yoga to lots of people in Kuwait.

Kuwait Chapter presented a beautiful gift to Kamaleshji in the form of
sponsoring 51 Children for the next one Year through Gift a Smile program.
Kamaleshji was very much moved and tears of joy rolled out while receiving
the cheque.

What's the story?
Sri Sri Ravi Shankar has dedicated his life to uplifting individuals and
regenerating human values like kindness, cooperation and harmony. He
unrelenting dedication to service has been lauded by world leaders and
prestigious institutions alike and has won the hearts of millions worldwide.

What's the Day?
Sri Sri was born on May 13, 1956 in the village of Papanasam in Southern
India. Each year, his birthday is celebrated globally with festivities and
humanitarian service. This year, several thousand people will be gathering
at the Art of Living International Centre in Quebec, Canada to celebrate
together with Sri Sri.

What's the Video?
Everyone is invited to submit a video wishing Sri Sri a happy birthday. The
video will be edited and played for Sri Sri and the thousands assembled with
him during his birthday celebrations at the Art of Living International
Centre in Quebec, Canada.

How can I participate?
It's easy.

Record a video in your local community with the following guidelines:

1. The video should be no longer than 20 secs. Short and Sweet.
2. The video should be in HD 1080p or 720p (if possible).
3. The video should be h.264, .mov, or any other EDITABLE format. Please no
windows files if it can be avoided.
4. The participants in the video should say the following text (or some
close variation of it) in English and/or your local language: "[Name of
your city/country] says Happy Birthday Sri Sri!". For example: "New York
says Happy Birthday Sri Sri".
5. The video needs to show, in a creative way, what part of the world you
are from. Choose a well known local landmark, some beautiful scenery,
flags, etc.
6. Be creative! The video can be an animation, stop motion, etc. Please
make sure the audio is presentable and that the camera doesn't shake (ie.
use a tripod).
7. Email your final creation by no later than May 8, 2012 to:
