Responsibilities of Customer Operations Department

customers on the mobile marketing campaigns.
c. Best practices from the industry are shared with the customers.
3. Invoicing and Collection
a. Ensure that invoices are raised as per the contract on agreed
timelines and processes.
b. Ensure that payment is collected from the customers as per payment
terms
4. Accountable for System deployment and Change management
a. Ensure deployment projects are completed on time and as per scope.
b. Ensure that change requests for customers (either from customer side or
identified as part of marketing support) are met on time and at lowest cost.
5. Accountable System availability and performance SLAs.
a. Accountable for the company's Systems Operations Centre to ensure
that the deployed systems' availability and performance meet customers
marketing requirements.
6. Build, train, mentor and manage the Customer Operations team for
a. Providing marketing support to operators

Qualifications and Experience of the VP/Dir. Customer Operations
Essential:
1. A bachelors degree or above in Engineering, Management and/or
Marketing, from a premier institution.
2. 12+ years of total experience of which at least 4 years should be in
Professional/Consulting Services, Customer Operations for technology solutions
supplied to mobile operators or very large enterprises, preferably in Database
Marketing / Analytics /CRM domain.
3. Proven track record of maximising customer value and customer
satisfaction.
4. Experience in Database Marketing or Mobile Advertising.
5. Experience in managing multi-location, multi-skilled teams, across
multiple projects of varying durations.
6. Highly analytical, goal oriented. Ability to focus on the objectives
and rally team to deliver against the objectives.
7. A good mentor.
Desirable:
1. Experience in CRM, Business Intelligence and Analytics would be
desirable.
2. Proven track record of revenue target achievements.
3. Experience in Solution Delivery to mobile operators.

Location:
1. The position at Trivandrum.

Subject: Sikar Seekers went through a amazing DSN with Shri Mahesh Sharma.
Sikar a small city in rajasthan witnessed it First DSN with Newly made DSN
teacher Shri Mahesh Sharma .
Though it was a small course but the energy of the course was mind blowing.
With only 29 participants it could manage to generate a basic course of 115
which started on Tuesday. Participants collectively opted to 'Gift a smile'
to 7 children. Important part of the course was SDM and Tehsildar ji of the
District were also doing the course. There opening up was amazing …After the
course SDM took sankalpa that he will take a note that every block of Sikar
District will have one basic course every month and one DSN quarterly,not only
this he said he will spread the word to near by districts and organize corses
there also.. Tehsildar ji of Fatehpur is organizing a basic of 100 people from
19th Jan. It was wonderful to see that these Government officials are so
committed to do AOL work and taking it as their responsibility.When 1 of the
participant clicked Maheshji's photo,it showed a big bubble just above his head
.Satwa was so high…Angels have to come. 9 Nav Chetana teachers were made. So
lots of things happened .I felt blessed to assist this DSN with such a
wonderful group and amazing Teacher.

"Another year is passing by, has passed. Let us welcome 2010. Past year has
made us rich by its experiences. While this problem it brought us, brought more
talents from within us. Whenever problem comes, it only beckons more skills and
talents from within us that how we handle them. So we are thankful for that.
Just imagine a person's life without any challenges any crisis, it will be so
dull.
Challenges or crisis is to bring up the talents from within you. It makes you
aware of the abilities that you have to overcome them. In Chinese there is only
one word for crisis as well as opportunity because every crisis is an
opportunity to exhibit your strength, your skills and your ability. How you
could endure a situation, a circumstance?
So crisis brings up that opportunity to exhibit your skills. And the moments of
pleasure or joy, of course brings you an expansion and implies that you should
serve. When you are happy you contribute to the world, you serve, not just
remain in your own little enjoyment. Your happiness coupled with service makes
the happiness rich. And your trouble and misery when it has the strength of let
go, of renounce , of dispassion you learn. You know we often get so attached to
misery too. You know why?
Because when you were a child at some point in your life, when you were
miserable you got more attention. Your crying then parents attended to you. You
had a sad face, immediately someone came and patted your back and tried to
cheer you up. So there is a subtle sense of wanting attention whenever you
start enjoying misery. You have to get over that, grow beyond that and that is
when you gain the power to renounce. So in the New Year wish for happiness in
which you can serve and share. So that it grows. And if any trouble or misery
comes, don't wish for it, they come like day and night misery and happiness
are part of life. When problems come, ask for the strength to be centered. The
strength to be centered when problems arise and the willingness to serve when
pleasantness or joy arises should be the wish. It is not that the whole year
everything should be rosy rosy. It doesn't really happen that way. Most of
the day will be one or another. So with this prayer or this wish you will see
that the days of trouble will be very little very few if at all and they will
only bring about the skills from within you.Make your skillful more strong more
beautiful. That's the practical way.
So the new year learn from the previous year and move on to the New Year.
Knowing you are timeless. And those moments of meditation that you experience a
timeless that is when events don't touch you, emotions don't shake you,
thoughts don't disturb you.
Nothing what so ever throws you off balance?
In that serene space that you are, Repose.
Then neither pleasure nor pain touches you. You go beyond these dualities. Ok.
So more satsang and seva is a way to reduce misery. Satsang and Seva. Satsang
and Seva.
We are so fortunate. We have this opportunity even think discuss knowledge,
think and have an experience of that inner space. Imagine those billions of
people who never know how to close their eyes and be peaceful. How to take a
dip in the inner serenity even for a moment? It's like people who have
insomnia and they don't know how to sleep. For us it so natural to be happy,
to be peaceful. And those who do not know how to be peaceful it is like those
insomnia patients who are restless but tired. So tired and exhausted with
everything around them but so restless they don't know how to rest, how to
sleep. Can you imagine that sort of situation?
That's where your intervention is so precious, so much needed. Many times you
don't even have to talk much. Just you being peaceful around people who are
not peaceful brings them a wave of peace, brings them that relief that they are
looking for.

The DSN program with Anand Rajendran ji concluded on 27th December,'09 in
Kolkata.
All of us returned home after 3 1/2 days to live by our empowering beliefs
and also take responsibility of others to
tap their full capabilities by shifting the beliefs that have been limiting
them.As rightly said by one of the participants….. "I have today
exterminated the " Pappu" in me for ever.
The program challenged us to learn and embody the Art of Living sutras,
discover our potential and Be the change you wish to see.
Tapping our inner wisdom, we become a model of Inner Peace and Outer Dynamism
(I-POD)……
These were the 3 full days of transformation, make over and
rejuvenation….gleaming faces with the bliss of the altered self …no
pasts….no future….just the present moments …… joy and caring,
fulfilling work of personal growth and service for the society, and creating a
new world.
Commitment, Discipline, Excellence, Mental Toughness, Habits, Faith, Passion,
Teamwork, Results and the Truth……were the mantras
that got documented in the brain in a way that we never have to hear it again,
but get tuned to it all the time.
Anand ji was full of life, resplendent with energy, brimming with confidence,
oozing in enthusiasm and all this led to a voice that never flags, chokes or
cracks.
Each participant was a willing listener and he was a keen observer. Most of us
participants concentrated on our bits and heightened the
intensities when performing a task. Ananad ji showed us that a good
personality begins with an eager pair of ears and eyes….. we were
never found wanting when it came to bringing the house down with his anecdotes
but he would almost immediately get back on track.
This ability to combine work and pleasure is borne out by his ability to vary
his pitch which is both serious and enjoyable……Jai Gurudev!…
Jai Gurudev!! Jai Gurudev !!!! (low pitched)by Anand ji……led a thunderous
Jai Gurudev! by the participants simultaneously.
As for me I got back my sense of certainty that creates the winner's edge. I
now appreciate the special gift I have, I can make a difference,
that I can touch others in a special way and make this world a better
place…..regaining my clarity of vision and dreams……through Seva
and Sadhana and get the wings to fly to conquer new challenges and
ordeals……A Big Thanks to Pujya Gurudev for shaping up jewels like
Anand Ji, who in turn is altruistically creating leaders to take on bigger
challenges in life.
Kolkata now gearing up for welcoming Gurudev for the Maha Shivratri
Celebration…..got a new crop of "Spiritual Commandos" …who
have chosen to be the "reasons" of change …instead of giving reasons.
