We are pleased to announce DSN at our HOME!
DSN = Divya Samaj Nirman literally translated means creating a divine society.
This course provides the first opportunity for the individual to take more
responsibility and experience the power of one's inner strength.
DSN is a rigorous and transformational course, which through a powerful
combination of yoga, special meditations, breathing techniques and group
processes, empowers participants to break through those personal barriers and
inspire in them greater social activism and responsibility. Dropping whatever
isn't serving your best interests is a completely liberating experience -
making you feel that nothing can shake you.
When you are ready for true freedom and personal empowerment, then you are
ready for DSN!

With This Navaratri Sri Sri Natya completes one year!!
The program that was launched last Navaratri in Bangalore Ashram has
appealed to various age groups and enjoys wide popularity amongst
people of all regions.
This month, three courses are scheduled; one each in Palakkad in God's
Own Country - Kerala, in the place of its birth - Bangalore Ashram and
in the city of art lovers - Chennai.

This Four Day Course consists of 3 hr sessions each day and offers beautiful
experiences through a combination of Dance, Music and Meditation.
All living beings have a natural tendency to express joy via movements, it is
especially the case with human beings, dance being an expression of joy.
The precise purpose behind Sri Sri Natya is to enable one and all to experience
the joy of movement, or dance; and the healing effects of music.
Sri Sri Natya enables one to enjoy the language of Indian classical art forms.
This workshop is meant to help one leave behind day to day life, and enter a
world that is surreal.
The very idea of this workshop is to help one and all appreciate classical art
forms, and to help everyone explore the spirit of dance
and music, which is bliss.
It is a joy to watch 150 - 450 people sway to music and learn to
express themselves through the language of Dance.

Subject: My Sri Sri Yoga TTC experience
11 days at the Sri Sri Yoga TTC were filled with Sattvic bliss and serenity in
the Montreal Ashram. Krishanji who taught the course always says that it is
easy to be a Yoga teacher, but can take lifetimes to be a Yogi. To be both is
to be Krishanji. The 11 days in his divine presence were like being with
Guruji, for 11 days. Indeed, the Guru channels through Krishanji and makes
every one of us feel special.
The TTC experience was amazing, and I felt so much of gratitude!! It was really
such a powerful cleansing process, and one that everyone should undertake,
whether one wants to teach Sri Sri Yoga or not. The sadhana was intensive, very
intensive, and the knowledge from Krishanji was alive and so much filled with
love, and devotion. Truly Sri Sri Yoga TTC is an experience to go through, it
gives depth and meaning to life, and builds dispassion and clarity in the
character. It takes you from the feverishness of the mind to the calm
tranquility of the Self.
Krishanji always said that Yoga should be learnt under a master. Why do we need
a master in the first place? Tons of books are there, all the scriptures are
available, any one can go read them. We can have all the knowledge in the
world, and we can recite any sutra from any scripture. But the big divine comes
in the tiny human form, and gives life to knowledge, he makes the knowledge
alive! He makes love alive! He makes devotion alive! There is no better way to
experience this than in Krishanji's presence, through the grace of the Guru.
Devotion comes dripping with every word he speaks. My awareness was completely
focussed on writing down every word he spoke, and not missing a single word!
And as a reminder, Krishanji told us to always remember two things - "You are
all nice people"; and "Guruji loves you a lot". Anyone can say this, but when
Krishanji says it, your heart wells up and you know it is true!
Every bit of my gratitude goes to all the teachers who guided me along the
path, and to that one Yogi, who silently passes on his devotion of Yoga,
through his goodness and loving care! I am indeed grateful to my mentor, my
Guru, Shriramji!
