Duration & Format
This is a 3 ½ full day program and it will start from Thursday 10th May at
6:30 PM and will finish on Sunday 13th May in the evening.
Content
The Art of Silence Program provides optimal conditions for going deep

The course features Rejuvenating yoga, guided silence practice, Unique
guided meditations designed by Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, Advanced breathing
techniques which can also be practiced at home after the course and advanced
insight on the laws governing our mind and emotions.
The course is being held at Armed Forces Officers Club, Abu Dhabi, a place
of beauty and tranquillity. It's no wonder that many course participants
refer to this program as the ideal vacation for body, mind, and spirit.
Teacher – Lars Heckmann
Born in 1968 and raised in Hamburg, Lars finished his master of Mechanical
Engineering in 1999. Since end of 1999 he is working Fulltime for the Art of
Living and International Association for Human Values. For this two
Organization he is travelling through Europe and Russia and teaching several
of courses for the Self development of People.
Since 2007 he is a Director for the International Art of Living Foundation
Swiss and coordinating various of programs in Europe. Since 2010, he is one
of the Heads of the European Centre of The Art of Living, Bad Antogast,
Germany. Since January 2011, he is the CEO of the Art of Living, Germany.
