We had a very fulfilling visit to SSR Gyan Mandir School, at Banali village
in Sangli distrcit of Maharashtra, on 26th Jan 11. It was very heartening to
see the operational school with choldren, teachers and the school building
itself. To those who just joined, Powai & Chandivali had jointly contributed
to build the school buiding, at Banali, last year.
There are 225 children currently studying in the school. You would be glad
to know that more than 200 students are on the waiting list, ready to join
our school. The other side of the coin is that, the 6 classrooms are not
sufficient to accommodate all the wait-listed children.
Therefore with Guruji's grace we have been able to organize a Musical
