This weekend I was one of about 50 fortunate souls to attend the first ever
Blessings Course to be held in this part of the world, at the beautiful Formosa
resort just outside Auckland. And we were even more blessed to be taught by our
dearest teacher, Sangeeta Jani.
It was a profound experience. I feel fresh and new and transformed; more
hollow and empty than I ever imagined was possible; and blown away by the depth
of the processes and meditations. What an incredible gift Guruji is giving us.

134 yogis emerged from the Sri Sri Yoga TTC that concluded on Oct. 30
@ Keralashram ! The TTC started seeking blessings. This TTC was doubly
blessed by the presence of two great Yogis... Krishanji & his wife-
Dr. Bharatiji !
The participants were charged by their charismatic presence. The
schdeule was tight...full of fun, Asanas & Knowledge ! We had a video
conference with Guruji. Guruji said...we're all "gems" & urged us to
take Sri Sri Yoga to every nook & corner of our State. We had people
from Tamil Nadu & Banglore. The Yoga sessions with Krishanji &
Bharatiji were fantastic; so were the Knowledge sessions...it was
heard with awe! Dr. Sadhana is a magician who can take anyone to the
realm of our amazing body with such graceful ease !
We celebrated Krishanji's B' Day with all gaiety ! On 28th
midnight...we barged on his house, wearing T-Shirts wishing "Happy B'
Day". We sang Bhajans & we had a yoga session too! We celebrated his
B' Day with a sumptuous traditional feast. That evening, we did
BeachYoga admist the lashing waves !!! It was stunning ! Then the
grand cake was cut at the
Satsang! The days flew & on 30th, the course drew to an end. We had a
session on 31st morning also & all were literally crying, bidding
adieu to Krishanji!

The Living Well course is a course designed specially for the Diabetics and the
Hypertensives. The course includes Yogasanas, Sudarshana Kriya, Videos and
shows on Diabetes, Hyper tension, Cardio Vascular Disorer, Stress, Diet, Foot
Care, Facts and Myths of Diabetes and Hypertension.
During the TRM, Poojya Gurudev blessed around 40 Teachers to conduct the course
across the country. Till date courses have been conducted in Kerala,
Maharashtra, Haryana, Karnataka, Chattisgarh, Gujarat and many are being
organised in other parts of the country.
In Bangalore we are having Non Residential as well as Residential courses. The
Residential Courses happen in the Ashram every Week. The course starts on every
