Subject: update on gurujis visit 29 and 30 sept

The volunteers convention is being held on 30th september
2012 at Sri Vaaru Venkatachalapathi Palace , Vaanagaram , off
Poonamalle High Road . it is approximately 5 kms from Koyambedu Market. The
volunteers convention is being held as per Gurujis suggestion for
volunteers from all over Tamilnadu , including Chennai. The program will
start around 7.30 am and go on till about
4.30 pm.

Swami Satyojhatah and Swami Gnantej will be leading the convention from
morning and will have some inspiring speakers from AOL and also Guest
speakers.
We will also have interesting interactive sessions. The program is being
crafted and will be shared with you closer to the event.
Guruji will adress the participants and will also interact freely with the
participants. There will also be a Question and answer session.

Volunteers who wish to participate may give your names to your respective
teachers attached to the centres. Since the participants are limited to 3000
only due to lim itation in capacity of the hall, we may have to base it on
first cum basis. So please register early.Lunch and tea will be served for
all participants and hence there may be a small charge to meet those
expenses. We will keep you posted on the charge.

The Event will be coordinated by Sri Sureshbabu mob.no 8056050341 for all
arrangements ,under the guidance of the APEX members , Mr.
Ganeshji , State teachers coordinators etc.
Suggestions for the program are also welcome from all.
