Guru Puja is a thanksgiving ceremony remembering all the ancient Masters who
have brought this knowledge of self.

In the presence of a Master, fullness dawns and Gurupuja is one of the

I never planned for this course, last Sunday my aunt told me about it and I
just said yes. I have been with AOL for 5 years now but I could not do my
kriya and sadhana regularly for about 2 years. This course just got me back
on track and am 100% sure that there won't be any looking back from now on.
I have a lot of health problems and with all this I never would have done
any course in normal circumstances. I have no idea how I said I'll do it
and here I am today feeling a lot better. It really feels like I am back
home. .I never thought I could stretch my body so much. Though I haven't
done all of the asanas ,for me I can see a lot of improvement. My body feels
light and flexible.
