Subject: NATIONAL TOUR OF BULGARIA IN 44 CITIES
PRACTICAL 2-HOUR SEMINAR - 2000 PEOPLE BENEFITED
A unique tour of Bulgaria was undertaken by Art of Living Bulgaria's
president and full-time teacher - Konstantin Dragov.
Within month and a half Konstantin visited 44 cities traveling 7000 km to
conduct an introductory 2-hour session seminar named The Secret of Breath.
2000 people, totally new to Art of Living, attended the seminars getting a
full experience of light yoga, simple breathing techniques, meditation and
knowledge about life.
The seminars were conducted for a nominal fee which allowed the organizers
to book the best conference halls in all the 44 cities, 14 of which without
any prior Art of Living activity. In all those 44 cities Art of Living Basic
courses are happening and all Bulgarian Part 1 teachers are very busy taking
courses. The best part is that the Secret of Breath seminars happened with
least efforts by the organizers and teachers.
While Swami Jyothirmayah' s Wake up and Shake up tour touched 33 cities,
Secret of Breath tour touched 44 cities, the next aim of Art of Living
Bulgaria is 55 cities tour which will bring Art of Living to all cities of
Bulgaria with population more than 20 000 citizens.

Jai Gurudev,
I am pleased to share my experience of Sri Sri Natya. When I heard about it,
i thought it was quite unnecessary for me and it is for dancers only. I
never knew that even non-Art of Living members can do this course.
I begin by saying that this is THE MUST DO COURSE FOR ALL AoL MEMBERS! When
we dance to the tune of songs and music in yogic postures with divinity in
mind, a flash came to me to realise that i am indeed divine. For a minute or
so, such feeling. i am sure, must have come to every participant.
On the last day, i realised that Sri Sri Natya is the surest way to realize
God! All parts of the body are activated without any inconvenience and with
much joy. My hip and back pain disappeared just like that. By doing this
course, i am sure that many of our subtlest stresses and unknown
disappointments will vanish from the mind.
We could, during the course, feel how Lord Shiva would have really danced
with the cosmos. Mind attains perfect calmness, on account of both
physical,yogic exercises and by way of feeling and becoming the divine

It was a miracle that I even made it to Sri Sri Natya. Only after the course
I realised that first miracle had led to a bigger miracle. I normally enjoy
dancing, usually just letting the music have its way with me. Only this time
I was taken to a completely new level that I never believed could be
possible. Sri Sri Natya is something that every single person has to
experience to truly realise the potential that classical dance unlocks in
them. And of course, like so many others have already experienced, it has
