Angarsk is a city in Angarsky District of Irkutsk Oblast, Russia, situated
on the Angara River, 5,150 kilometers (3,200 mi) from Moscow where we had
Sri Sri Yoga Level 2 course with Kashi ji in August 2011.
The Sri Sri Yoga Level 2 course was simply amazing with a powerful technique
called SSAHC (Subtle Strengthening And Healing Contractions). Here are some
of the experiences that the participants shared after the course:
1. I liked the course... waking up early and the morning sessions.
Everything was happening effortlessly with no tension, very easily,
naturally, body felt so good. Silence - it was very comfortable. Everything
happened so easly, comfortably, just like listning to a beautiful
melody/song. The song that you always want to sing. Neti & Shankprakshalaya
- gave my body just what was needed and cleansed it internally. I love you,
Guruji! Jay Guru Dev!
2. Communication with all the course participants gives me a better
understanding of people, I feel that I love everybody. Shankprakshalaya was
great !!! Silence was Super - there was no fuss at all, without any oral
communication people were just doing everything themselves, naturally people
went deep inside themselves.
3. Thanks for the new course! Combining silence, yoga asanas, purification
techniques, all just superb. Seva shook my dormant body... It all wakes up
during the course. All were comfortable, beautiful, relaxed, even during
Shankprakshalaya. Although I've been occasionally interrupted the silence by
someone's remarks, the continuation of the Sri Sri Yoga Level 2 course
always pulled me back in silence. Very beautiful meditations, especially
lying down, I really liked it ! Watched my emotions, greed, anger and
resentment all so clearly. I wanted to smile more...
4. Listening to the commentary on the Bhagavad Gita, I learned that it's all
about us, all with integrity, and always be in present, which indicates
where we are stuck now. And to find a solution. Thank you!
5. Course cool - there is no stress/ tension in the mind. I feel like one
big family ! All are my relatives. My body is clean and clear. My mind is
focused internally. I love the whole world! I want to share with everyone! I
want to be a teacher! An interesting experience happened within. I'm was
afraid, but our great teacher Kashi taught me how to be natural. During
shankprakshalaya it was awfully hard for me to drink eight glasses of water,
but then after the process, the mind was clear, like a blue sky and with an
open heart. Thank you, Guruji, for all that you do for people!
6. Bhagavad Gita has become something of a slender tangled source of
knowledge about life. I feel that I came out from a dark pit straight into
the light, my strength returned. The mind is very clear and meditation are
great. I am now one with very many people.
7. I can not express in words how wonderful it is and how fresh - this sense
of unification. One thing is to understand the mind, and the other is to
see and feel it all. Thank you, thank you for your support, for all your
knowledge explanations and this wonderful experience. I can now go very
smoothly through life. What else do I write ? I know you know everything

Guru Puja is a thanksgiving ceremony remembering all the ancient Spiritual
Masters who have brought this knowledge of self.
In the presence of a Master, fullness dawns, and Gurupuja is one of the
highest expressions of devotion and gratitude to the Master.
Under the loving guidance of Bhanu DIDI, one experiences divinity through
